      Charles E. Sheppard, son of the late H.L. Sheppard, was married at Lancastor, O, Wednesday, September 4th.  The bride was Miss Hettie Meikie, daughter of the Master Mechanic of the Muskingum Valley railroad.  Rev. R.D. Sheppard, brother of the groom, performed the ceremony.  The groom is a recent graduate of Adrian College, Mich., and enters the ministry of the Methodist Protestant church under flattering circumstances.
